  • 2024 Managers Meetings.
  • This is a compulsory meeting for all clubs.
  • Each club must be represented at at least one venue.
  • The dates are as follows:
  • 12th February – CHESHUNT FC
  • 13th February – CHELMSFORD CITY FC
  • 19th February – GODMANCHESTER TOWN FC
  • 22nd February – IPSWICH WANDERERS FC.
  • ALL MEETINGS START AT 19.30.
  • Submitting Your Results.
  • Results must be submitted by 8pm (20.00 hrs) on Sunday evening or within 24 hours of a midweek fixture.
  • You must complete the following statistics: a) The Referee marks, b) League marks, c) Player details, including scorers, Captain and subs used preferably using Full-Time Admin or via the Matchday App.
  • NB: If you have used the Matchday App, CHECK that the details appear on Full-Time Admin, if it has not, it a charge will be raised.
  • If, for whatever reason, it is not working (showing as pending), inform the Communications Officer immediately. (comms@eja.org.uk).

 

What to do if the match is postponed.

  • You must inform the opposition, the match official, and the following League Officers with the reason for the postponement as soon as possible:
  • Secretary.
  • Fixture Secretaries.
  • Referee Secretary.
  • Communications Officer.
  • Update the fixture by entering P-P via the SMS and short code.
  • DO NOT enter anything else but P-P.
  • This is especially important if it is a cup game.
  • Failure to do this will incur a fine, (20(E)(ii).
