I raised a formal complaint on Sunday afternoon via the web site messaging yet still to recieve even a aknowledgement ,almost 48hrs after, when my sons team announced they where joining the EJA league i honestly thought their would be a lot more proffesionalism within the league management than local area leagues, OH HOW wrong was i !!!!! After travelling from the East Coast of Suffolk during the heavy rain and numerous accidents delaying us on the road we arrived in North London after 3 and a half hour travelling for a leauge cup Game, only to be told by the venue there was no pitch booked ?? ,an other parent relayed this to the team manager who was travelling on the team mini bus , who subsequently phoned the opposing team to be told the game is cancelled hmmm, there was no contact or messages, ref this prior to us leaving Lowestoft, from either the team or league, the manager actually recieved an email cancelling the game 2 hrs after we should have kicked off!!!, a complaint was put into the league who stated they did not want to get involved ?????? even though we travelled through horrendous weather to full fill the cup commitment and on average spent circa £80-£100 per car load(x6 cars) to support our children, we requested under a respect motion for the game to be rescheduled as a home fixture for ourselfs as we had already travelled to North London at great expense or as a last resort at least award us the game due to not being informed of the game being cancelled ,but all we recieve back is i quote WE DONT WANT TO GET INVOLVED, absolute disgusting attitude to have you are the management of the league you have now set a PRECEDENT that any club can do what they want and get away with it, and guess what we are expected to yet again travel to North London on Sunday due to no fault of our own, it seems anarchy rules the league due to your absolute inaction , and to put it politely one of many very disgusted parents . ...
